Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: SEC and appropriate parties. I disagree with not allowing traders to use reverse and leverage etfs. I use them all the time, they allow me to reduce my risk down to a few shares rather than using futures or options, which lock you into more risk. I log into my account every day for about 4 hours. My brokerage already sends me notice on inherit risks in these type of trading vehicles. If the brokerage agrees that I am financially capable of handling it and I am also able to trade futures and options.; I should be able to handle inverse and leveraged etf. Please reconsider this and keep this one of my options. Jim
