Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: PLEASE continue to enable the freedom to trade as a citizen sees fit, using vehicles that provide transparency in their operations. A leveraged ETF is more transparent than many other vehicles, such as managed funds. Do not further enable the top 1% to have full freedom to move funds and restrict the 99% to a playground for the 'children'. Thank you!
