Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: SEC, In regards to your review of leveraged funds. With all due respect, it is my money, as an adult let me decide how to invest. What is prudent for the SEC is to ensure that investors understand the risks, and then let them make the decision from there. Brian Bresee
