Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I believe this rule is wrong for the following reasons: 1) I am a individual investor, investing my retirement account. I primarily invest in leveraged and inverse ETF’s. 2) A full understanding of these products should be had before investing in them. 3) The same is true for any investment, including stocks, bonds and standard ETF’s or any orther investment. 4) The risk for any investment is always o; the investor as it should be. 5) As long as the investment being offered is upfront, with risks, costs etc.. and no other rules,laws or other wise are being broken, invidual investors such as my self should be allowed to purchase and use these investment vehicles for our portfolio’s.
