Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Hello Sir or Madame, Please don't shut down me from trading SQQQ or TQQQ, as they are important in my portfolio and I believe I have freedom to trade those. I will take the full responsibility of the result. I believe it is against constitution to limit citizen's freedom to trade one of public ETF/shares in the market. Thanks Regards, Sangtaek Kim
