Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I owns leverged ETFs in my portfolio. I decided to include leveraged ETFs in my portfolio after studying the risks associates with the instrument such as leverage risk and derivative risk. Leveraged ETFs are a key part of my portfolio and I monitored them on a daily basis just as I did for any other investments. My broker already gave me warning about the leveraged ETF but I understand leveraged ETFs and should have the right to make my own decsion in investments of leveraged ETFs.
