Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

Dear SEC,
Leveraged and inverse funds are an important part of my portfolio. I evaluate my pension and social security net present values and include them in the "bond" category of my asset allocation and am unable to achieve sufficient exposure to equities. I synthetically acquire the equity exposure by using the leveraged funds to close the deficiency of the equity underexposure. I am capable of understanding the risk/reward profile of these investments and I would not like to see a third party evaluating my skills and potentially precluding me from strategically utilizing these investment options. I would prefer that the longstanding public markets be preserved without any government imposed limitations on my investment choices. Thank you,

Regards,
Peter Sullivan
