Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: To whom it may concern, Please vote against this proposed legislation (#S7-24-15). Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me. They allow me to seek enhanced returns and they help me protect my portfolio. I am fully capable of understanding leveraged and inversed funds and their performance characteristics. I don't want a third party evaluating my capability to understand leveraged and inversed funds, especially if they could potentially prevent me from buying leveraged and inversed funds. I want to preserve the long-standing free public markets where investors and our advisors have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations on investor choices.
