Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: As a person who manages my account, I would want the SEC to leave me to make the decision about how I invest. Please allow individual investors who manage their accounts to be able to get these leveraged returns that they would not normally get. Also I am not a millionaire and trying to grow my account for retirement and taking away leverage ETFs does not give me access to those funds that is only available to accredited investors. My account has grown exponentially because of these leveraged ETFs and taking them away with take away these phemomanol gains that I have received. Regards, Racquel Smith
