Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Hello, The proper use of leveraged products is a key part of my financial plan. I use leveraged ETFs in my quarterly rebalancing plan. I have had great success with these funds and would be negatively impacted if they were not available to me. These funds are important to me. They improve my portfolio performance over the long term driven by the effect of daily magnification of an index’s price movement. I use this magnification to improve the financial performance of my portfolio. I do not want to be prevented from buying these leveraged funds nor have a third party evaluating my capability of managing the funds. If leveraged funds are restricted to accredited or wealthy investors, the wealth gap in the country will increase as the rich get richer in sophisticated products while everybody else is prevented from benefiting from the advantage that leveraged funds provide.
