Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Please don't pass any regulations that prohibits individual investors from trading leveraged etfs/funds. These serve very useful purpose in hedging other large positions. I support requiring the brokerage companies informing/educating their retail clients about the risks involved.
