Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged ETFs are very important to my portfolio. I need them to enhance the performance as well as hedge the risk. I definitely know what these EFTs are and how they work. There is no need to add extra processes for me to buy them. Extra processes can also result in more expenses. Please take my thought into consideration. My investment strategy using leverage ETFs is also valuable. I hope it will not face too much difficulty to buy them. Regards, Yang Zhou
