Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am strongly opposed to this proposed rule. Leveraged funds and inverse funds comprise the backbone of my investing strategy and I understand their performance characteristics. I do not want a 3rd party overseeing my capability to manage this type of risk and do not want them to prevent me from buying these types of securities. The investor should have the freedom to buy public securities without government imposed sanctions. Thank you Regards, Leichin Sinha
