Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

I am a personal investor. Upon switching jobs I moved all my 401k into an IRA. I placed a significant amount of money into a ultra short NASDAQ 100 inverse ETF in 2011. I really did not understand it at the time and there was limited information on the ETF. I lost over $400,000 of my retirement money. I am still partly in the ETF waiting for the stock market to go back down so I can finally get out. Vanguard Brokerage has been selling it as they say I am in margin call. But I have no margin account. These ETF are leveraged and sort of like the futures markets. Still do not understand. I would like all my money back. I support regulation of this dangerous product. You are welcome to contact me.
