Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Gentlemen of the SEC: I am STRONGLY opposed to proposed rule #S7-24-15. I have been trading leveraged funds for years. I fully understand the risks and rewards associated said funds. I don't need a third-party (read government) evaluating my capabilty to buy and sell leveraged funds. I don't want, and we don't need, yet another layer of government-imposed limitations on my ability to exercise my right to buy and sell leveraged funds in an open marketplace. Regards, Tom Carroll
