Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: This proposal is clearly an attempt by the Trump adminstration to create a two tier system where ultra wealth investors have the ability to invest in derivates and futures contracts and Main Street investors do not. This proposal does not adhere to free market principles that have governed the sale of securities for almost a century. It is not shocking that the Trump adminstration would go down this path, however Mr. Clayton, I assure you that come November I will be voting for someone who will relieve you of your duties at the SEC.
