Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: The people at ProShares have informed me that your agency plans to make it more difficult for me and others to invest in inverse and leveraged funds like the ones offered by ProShares. I use these funds and funds like them to protect the assets in my retirement accounts and making it more difficult to buy or sell them is totally unreasonable. Leave the regulations on these types of securities alone! I am fully capable of understanding the risks involved in using them. Regards, Michael Horecka
