Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I think this is a very unfair rule change. I understand the risks, and may not have a lot of money to continue under your new rule change, but I have made a lot of money and lost a lot of money using ETF's. It is my risk, not yours. I view ETF's a better investment than a stock that can be manipulated. Something that has happened to me in the past.
