Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Dear Board members of the SEC, Leveraged ETFs are critical to purchase and sell at my discretion without any supervision. They actually have been the best performing assets than any one specific equity. I believe they are going to be the key reason for achieving my family's financial goals since they actually minimize the risk and yet achieve better returns than almost any other investments. Please consider leaving the system as it is for the leveraged ETFs. They are very useful tools and should remain intact as they are presently. Thank you for your consideration. Regards, Rajan Arora
