Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: According to the information I have it appears this is an ill advised regulation that only makes investing more difficult and more expensive. Confirming that the investor is aware of the characteristics of the investment may be warranted but interfering with their purchase or sale is not an arena for these kinds of regulations.
