Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: In my opinion, the proposed rule#s7-24-15, is very unfair to the consumer who is trying to make a profit with the "freedom" allotted to us by being an American citizen in a capitalist country. I am fully aware of the risk that accompany L&I funds. I research what I am investing my money in and I monitor my holdings on a daily basis. I find it very insulting that individuals are not allowed to make informed decisions with our money. This is cheating us out of a change to capitalize with the knowledge that we are invested in a high risk account. Ii am very careful with my investments and I am fully aware of the risks that come with this type of fund. I do not invest my life savings in such funds, but choose amounts that I can afford to hold onto despite volatile markets. Please do not undermine my intelligence by taking away my right to choose how I make informed decisions with my money. Thank you.
