Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: The markets are a casino that allows one to take money off the table vs a zero sum game at a casino. So why care? If the little guy wants to speculate , let them. Everyone is speculating like day traders, swing traders etc. How about the big boys making large hidden bets by passing the SEC rules.
