Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I believe leveraged funds are a very useful way to derisk your positions with a small amount if capital during excessively volatile periods. My suggestion is to allow them to continue in the current form to enable the average small investor to directly transact in the market, without having to incur expensive Intermediating fees, which would be the case if he/she is compelled to use an investment professional to invest in these instruments Regards, Hari Rajagopalachari
