Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: 

Don’t tell me how I can or cannot invest. I have over 40 years of investing experience, with many leveraged and inverse purchases. Perhaps ask the investor to have a minimum number of years of investing before allowing leveraged and/or inverse purchases.
