Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I’m alarmed by this notice. This fund helps small investors like me to hedge to some extent during the phase of unavoidable martlet conditions. This notice would greatly affect my current holding and I’m very nervous about it. Hope SEC would please reconsider the decision at least for small investors like me. Thank you.
