Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I utilize leveraged and inverse ETF funds to decrease my investment portfolio risk profile. I feel these ETF funds are very valuable and necessary for my risk management. I would be greatly disappointed if these funds are not available. I believe preventing me and others from using these funds appropriately, will be a great mistake and disservice to many investing Americans. Please reconsider your proposal.
