Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Most investors understand the risk when buying leveraged and inverse funds. These are vehicles we can use that are low cost. Please do not make it more difficult for the small investor. These new rules will be more of a burden on the little man. Regards, Bobby Bishop
