Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: It is essential that self directed investors continue to have the opportunity to take advantage of the benefits of leveraged funds both on the upside and as protection on the downside. Please do not change the access rules for these specialised funds, it is imperative to have easy and quick access to these funds in the event of market opportunity or market insurance.
