Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I fully understand the risks of inverse leveraged funds and use the as a great vehicle to hedge my portfolio for limited times. They offer a lot of advantages in comparison to options and their caracteristics. It's important to have free markets for responsible and educated investors and not a nanny state with burdensome rules that undermine my freedom. Regards, Joern Joseph
