Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Investors are aware and informed of leveraged and inverse fund performance characteristics before deciding whether to invest or not in these funds. I perform due diligence on potential investments and cherish my freedom to made my own decisions. It is totally unnecessary and unwanted that I should have to submit to governmental judgement in my investment decision making process. Regards, Christopher Choyke
