Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Hello SEC, Please continue to allow retail investors to purchase leveraged ETFs. I am an individual retail investor and I make my own financial decisions. I buy and sell my own shares via an online brokerage site. TQQQ, a 3x leveraged ETF, forms the majority of my portfolio. I understand the risks of leveraged ETFs and have owned them for years. Please do not make it so that a third party has to evaluate my capability to buy leveraged funds. Please do not make it more burdensome for me continue buying leveraged ETFs. Regards, Jack Sam
