Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Regarding this proposed change as a combat veteran I have literally fought for the freedoms the SEC is considering taking away. My friends who did not survive would not want this for their families and for their ultimate sacrifice. This is not good for investors and sets a dangerous precedent.
