Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I want to comment on proposed regulations regarding leverage and inverse funds that would limit the ability to buy and sell these funds. I am ABSOLUTELY OPPOSED to ANY CHANGE or limitations on the trading of these funds!!! These funds work well for those of us who use them. Many stockholders in the market don't even know about them so there is no affect on them. Trump has done everything possible to destroy our country and I guess this is another thing to hurt our citizens. DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE REGULATIONS REGARDING THESE FUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Regards, Robert Elder
