Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I do not want anyone deciding for me whether or not I can trade leveraged ETFs. Anyone who is investing at all, in ANY securities, should be educated on the risks involved with trading ANY securities, whether leveraged, or not. Leveraged ETFs are a great way to enhance and diversify my portfolio. do not make it more difficult for me to do what I want to do with my money; I don't need government to protect me, nor should ANY investor, no matter what they choose to invest in.
