Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged and inverse funds are an important part of my diversified portfolio, and they should continue to be available for any investor as easily as they are now. Every investment has its own set of rewards and risks, and funds such as these are no different. It is incumbent upon the individual investor to make their own decisions on which funds in which to invest. I am capable of understanding these and I do not want my access burdened by cumbersome government-imposed limitations. Regards, Kevin Duignan
