Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I have traded leveraged and inverse funds for many years and do not believe that the new regulations are needed. They are a useful tool for investors to achieve returns on their investments. They are as understandable as other investments with many able advisers available. Regards, Robert Tyler
