Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged and inverse funds are an important part of my investing strategy and provide stability during market downturns and/or periods of high market volatility. Removing my ability to use leveraged/inverse funds would be akin to removing my ability to trade options, simple as that. I do not need nor want more government limitations on my investing choices.
