Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Inverse funds are an important part of my portfolio strategy. Please continue to allow me and other individual investors to use these tools as we see fit. Interest rates are near zero so I get next to no income from my savings. I need a way to earn higher returns from a portion of my portfolio. Thank you for your consideration. Regards, Ricky Krisle
