Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Hello, I view the proposal to restrict leveraged and inverse funds entirely against our free market. They are important tools to properly hedge a portfolio. In addition, they allow the little guys to compete with the big guys by taking both sides of the trade. I feel that I am capable of deciding what I want to invest in and do not want any more governmental restrictions on what should be fairly simple. Regards, Jeff wilson
