Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

Dear SEC,

While I think your organization does great work and serves a great purpose in ensuring the integrity and fairness of financial markerts. I do not think preventing individual investors from leveraged funds is within your scope or promotes your stated mission of ensuring fairness and integrity in financial markets. Most individual investors do not truly understand the risk of a long only position. Investors do not need to be protected from buying leveraged funds. I think having access to rather than preventing promotes fair markets since you are suggesting "sophisticated" professionals can use them but not individual investors. Please do not move forward this and shift your time, focus and resources on ensuring the integrity and fairness in financial markets.

Regards,
