Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I use the inverse funds as the pension insurance. I've put much money to my 401K retirement account and I don't think the funds in my retirement account are responsible enough to keep my pension well when the serious economic crisis, like 2008 crisis, happens. I only put very little money (compared to my pension) for protecting my pension and its yearly yield. It took 7 years for DJI to recover from the peak in 2007 and I am sure I do not have many 7-years before I am retired. I'm responsible to my decision and United States should not be the country to put restriction on the harmless willing. Regards, Chih-Shiang Chou
