Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Hello. I am opposed to the proposed new rules. There are several reasons. 1-Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my trading strategies as they allow me to hedge and protect my portfolio. 2-I do not want a 3rd party evaluating my capabilities and potentially preventing me from buying leveraged or inverse funds. I have studied hard and learned how to use these efficiently. 3-This is america where we are supposed to be free to make our own choices. creating more rules and regulations with additional government oversight on investor choices is not the correct way to go here. Please dont take away my rights as an investor. Thanks Regards, andrew lewis
