Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

I would respectfully like to state my view as an individual investor and financial executive on proposed Rule #S7-24-15. I strongly believe that if the proposal is adopted it would be:
1. Bad for Investors as they would be unable to benefit from the enhanced returns and the portfolio protection provided by such funds.
2. Such legislation is really unnecessary as there is no reason why these funds need to be treated differently than any other public security.
3. This legislation sets a dangerous precedent as it would require individual investors to qualify to purchase a security in public markets. This goes against the very foundation the US public markets have been built on.
I would urge the SEC to reconsider such a proposed rule.
