Dear Sir/Madam, The proper use of leverage ETFs is a key part of my financial plan, and that of thousands of small investors who have educated themselves and know what they are doing. I understand the effect of daily magnification of an index’s price movement and I use it appropriately to my advantage. I do not want a third party to be evaluating my capabilities of using these funds. Worst, I do not want anyone to PREVENT me or any other small investor from transacting them. The proposed restriction of access to leverage funds to so-called “accredited”, or wealthy investors amounts to class warfare. This will result in the wealth gap in our country to increase, as the rich get richer in sophisticated products while everybody else languishes in plain old index funds.
