Dear Sirs, I, as an individual investor, object to the proposed rulemaking, above referenced, because · Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me as part of my investment strategy to help protect my investment portfolio; · I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their performance characteristics, and do not need a third party to evaluate my capacity to do so, or perhaps to prevent me from buying them; · I am in strong favor of preserving the long standing free public markets where investors and their advisors have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government imposed limitations on investor choice.
