Dear Sirs,
Flash trades are a digital form of "Front Running." It is an egregious error that this occurs. According to a recent article in Securities Industry News, Goldman, Morgan, and a handful of other firms are actually using the NYSE real estate for a fee to place their machines closest to the exchange. These are not advantages available a small broker dealer and/or a small investor.
I am against Flash Trading and request it is noted.
