SEC should have ban ths practice a long time ago. Based on our Constitutions, "ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL" Why would a group of people having advantage over another?
Another Example is to BAN NAKED Shorts. I am not against Shorts, but Naked Shorts create more shares than a Company has been issued.
For stock trading. For some reasons Market maker can enter trade like 10.4999 to SELL which small investor can only enter 10.5. As a results, these peopel have advantage over small investors. Where are the EQUALITY HERE? Are SEC is suppose to PROTECT small investors and public?
I don't know what is SEC motto/principal anymore
