Enforce your own rules on illegal naked shorting (phantom short sales have killed companies and innocent investors. Combine the abolished up tick rule with not enforceing illegal phantom short sales is a deadly combination. Innocent companies and investors have been ruined. I have been killed because on SIGM and FTEK and others because of the phantom short sales that have beaten these companies down and down. Just try and located all the failed to deliver share across the board. Why?? You should have done it from the begining. It was the rules. Force the Brokerages to call them all in and serve some justice. The game was a truely an unlevel playing field and innocent companies and share holders have been screwed. Thanks for not inforcing your own rules and abolishing the uptick rule. And thanks for understanding what damage has been done and doing somthing about it going foward.
