Enforce the rules, (regsho, and all naked shorting laws).
Make a few arrests, fine some hedge funds set an example, all talk no action. The SEC seems like a bunch of lazy Federal Employees that give the rest of us Federal Employees a bad name. Do something, working people retirement money is at risk here
