Dear Mr. Commissioner:
I support the concept of short selling as currently definted by SEC rules.
What I do NOT SUPPORT is "naked short selling" (selling without first having the stock available to be borrowed).
I am aware that the SEC has rules already against naked short selling and what I want to know is
WHY AREN'T YOU ENFORCING THEM???
Naked short selling IS HAPPENING and you know that and you are perfectly aware If you don't bring a stop to it and SOON then I will bring heat on my senators and representatives and get them seriously involved. Follow your own rules which already exist
